Two key ingredients in Bio-Design's Super B Complex, folate as 5-methylfolate, and vitamin B12, as methylcobalamin, in their bioactive natural methylated forms, ready to be used by the body, help support individuals with the MTHFR gene mutation. L-5-methylfolate, methylcobalamin, and vitamin B6, as pyridoxine HCL, work together to convert homocysteine into the beneficial amino acid methionine. Elevated homocysteine levels have been associated with many inflammatory condition.
These work together, with each of the other additional cofactors, vitamins and minerals in Super B Complex to provide support for mood, energy production and stamina.
