Energique's Colibacillinum 30C contains Colibacillinum Cum Natrum Muriaticum 30C Other ingredients: Demineralized water, 20% ethanol.   Directions for use: Adults and children take 5 to 10 drops orally, one time daily or as otherwise directed.
