Bio-Disco, from Bio-Design®, is a two-phase supplement for the support of healthy spinal discs. Over the years, I've found this to be very helpful in recovery from or prevention of back discomfort. And now it has been reformulated with boswellia and rosehips.
The unique design of this 2 phase tablet allows for release of vitamin C, manganese sulfate and magnesium aspartate in the stomach for utilization. The enzymes bromelain, papain, pancreatin and alpha-chymotrypsin have a protective coating to enable them to bypass gastric juices, so these enzymes can be absorbed into the blood stream via the intestine. The objective of the systemic absorption of these digestive enzymes is to support the breakdown excess fibrin and immune complexes in joint spaces, thereby promoting comfort and mobility.
For optimum results, it's recommend that Bio-Disco be taken with it's synergistic power partner, Super-Flex.
Ingredients:
Phase 1 (in stomach) -- 200 mg manganese sulfate, 100 mg vitamin C (calcium ascorbate), 11 mg magnesium aspartate;
Phase 2 (in duodenum) -- 4 mg alpha-chymotrypsin, 100 mg papain, 100 mg bromelain and 50 mg pancreatin 5x.
Recommended use: For adults only. Take 2 tablets daily on an empty stomach or as directed by your healthcare professional.
