Energique's Ahiflower® Omega 3-6-9 contains 3,335 mg of Ahiflower® (Buglossoides arvensis) Seed Oil , Omega-3 Fatty Acids: 1,400 mg of Alpha-Linolenic Acid , 565mg of Stearidonic Acid, Omega-6 Fatty Acids: 150 mg of Gamma-Linotenic Acid, Omega-9 Fatty Acids: 200 mg of Oleic Acid.
Other ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides (MCT) oil (coconut derived)#, natural flavors#, stevia leaf extract#, less than 0.1% of rosemary extract^, mixed tocopherols^, ascorbyl palmitate^, and maltodextrin# # - organic ^antioxidant.
Suggested Use: Adults take one teaspoon, once a day, or as directed by a health professional. Shake well before use. After opening, refrigerate and use within 60 days.
