An Important Disclaimer
Limitations of this information and liability
When you read anything on this website, you must remember that we’re not doctors (so there is some hope for us, after all), nor are we trained healthcare professionals. Statements made on this website are for informational purposes only, and you should never rely solely on the information here, if you have any serious healthcare needs (i.e.: find a trained professional). You remain responsible for what you do with this information, determining for yourself what is right or wrong for you.
Since we’re not licensed physicians, by law, we can’t diagnose or prescribe for you; and any application of the information on this site constitutes your explicit waiver of any liability on our part.
The Food & Drug Administration and DSHEA
As required by the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994, we must state clearly that the information on this website has not been evaluated by the FDA, and the products referred to are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
That said, we would be remiss if we failed to point out that FDA-approved medications, taken as prescribed by your doctor, are the third-leading cause of death in the United States. According to some sources, they are the leading cause of death, killing more people every year than cancer or heart disease. These FDA-approved medications, and the FDA-evaluated statements that go with them, are also responsible for about 40% of all hospital occupancy and the untold misery of millions.
So, it’s a good thing that the FDA has kept its hands off of this website.
What you will not find on this website:
There is a wealth of information about these nutritionals and their properties that would be of real benefit to you, but the FDA’s current interpretation of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 doesn’t permit us to present it to you here. It has nothing to do with safety or science; it’s about protecting the monopoly of the health industry cartel. The pressure has become so great that we’ve recently had to shut down an informational website we had been working on for 15 years, as well as another site on which we sold therapeutic-grade essential oils.
For that reason, much of the information on this site is quite limited. We hate that, but have no other option in the present environment.
So please bear in mind that, if you’re looking for some specific information about the health-promoting properties of these nutritionals and can’t find it here, it’s quite likely a matter of this censorship. We’re sorry for that, but would be willing to try to answer your questions on an individual basis.
The Real Benefits
It’s been the experience of many, both in professional, clinical settings and in personal use, that the information and products presented here have truly amazing health-supportive benefits. But, a problem with this is that the FDA has so tightened its interpretation of DSHEA that we can’t tell you anything much about it. That is one reason we believe that we need to reform or replace the FDA, in relation to natural health products.
A Happy Coincidence
While, in compliance of FDA regulations, we must state that the products we’ve used are really intended for entertainment purposes only, we are intrigued by the coincidental spontaneous remission of many health conditions as people began using them and applying the information that you’ll find on this website. While it would not, in any way, offer any scientific proof of the benefits of this, we would still be very interested in seeing the statistical probability of the coincidental experiences of spontaneous remissions noted in the lives of ourselves and so many others, relative to the proper use of these products.
